COMAU, a global robot maker located in Italy will land in the domestic market. COMAU is a major robot maker and Korea has been the only country without official agents of the company which is one of the world’s 10 largest robot makers.
NAU Technics signed a contract with COMAU on supplies in Korea and system integration. As a system partner of Hanwha Precision Machinery for collaborative robots, it was necessary to cope with the demand for non-collaborative robots and a cooperative relation was established with COMAU to provide solutions different from robots which were selling in Korea, according to Jeong Tae-woo, a leader of the technology sales team at NAU Technics.
