The city of Incheon selected 24 SMEs which contributed to job creation and employment stability under difficult economic conditions caused by COVID-19 as ‘2020 excellent enterprises in terms of job creation.’
According to the city on June 30, a total of 33 companies made applications as excellent companies for job creation from March 30 to May 15 and the city finally certified 24 firms through paper screening and on-the-spot inspection. Objects of certification are small and mid-sized companies which have been normally operating for over two years in Incheon, and had to increase employees by five or more for the past year and employ 5% or more (three or more employees in the case of companies with less than 50 regular workers). Target industries include manufacturing and related service industries, some knowledge-based service industries and the MICE industry.
Companies certified include Jinyoung LDM, Holyland Technology, NAU Technics, Dooin, Respec, Gun-sul Steel, Knife Korea, Aju Cosmetic, Jeil Escalator, Wujin Medical, Wonkwang S&T, EIP, Knife Plus, Kos Flow, Samyoung Logistics, Daewon Inmul, Inno Tech Media, Newgen Cosmetic, Esol Information & Communication, Hyunda ENG, Obyeongieo, Nuclear Light Industry, KYPC and Shinsung Paper & Tech. These companies created new employment of three to 21 persons each.
